How to Order

Product Availability
If the product is in stock you will be given the first available ship date. If not in stock, please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. For custom designed pieces, please allow up to 14 weeks from receipt of approved drawings. Expedited service is available at an additional cost on certain products. Delays caused as a result of not receiving pertinent information and/or necessary deposits may cause scheduling conflicts and may be subject to additional charges.
Shipping
Items less than 150 lbs can be shipped by UPS. Freight rates for common carrier shipments may be obtained by providing the zip code of the delivery destination. Provisions for the unloading of common carrier shipments must be made by the client prior to delivery.
Delivery, Placement, and Installation Services
We provide each of these services and ask that the client requests the service that best suits their needs at the time of ordering, as final pricing is dependent on the item(s) being placed or installed, and the delivery location.
Terms & Conditions and Return Policy
Visa, Mastercard, Debit and known cheque are all accepted. A 50% deposit is required when placing an order, and full payment is required on product prior to ship date. Returns on in-stock product can be made within 15 days and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. The restocking charge increases to 50% for items not in stock at the time of order. There is no refund on custom items.
